Download Itunes :http://www.apple.com/fr/itunes/download/

After, Serach for a free application like "topAnnonces" 





then click on the first app after click on the download push :


you will see a box Appear anc click on "Creer un nouveau compte ou "Open new account"


fill with your informations (FAKE or not ) 
after click here



and select France as country and click on modify

after select "Aucun" And fill the information and confirm your adresse by E-mail 

After Login to your Itunes FRENCH ACCOUNT

then go to "Modifer Le surnom " and put your nickname


then go to Appvip and login go to "Mon Compte " after "Modifier Mon Compte "

then modify your information folowing this picutre
